He is an alumnus of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and has majored in Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) in 1996. He has an experience profile spanning 15 years covering a wide array of projects ranging from Auditoria to sports stadia, corporate offices for leading IT firms etc.
Mr.Seshagiri Rao is also actively involved in projects that are aiming for LEADERSHIP IN ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN (LEED) Platinum rating under the INDIA GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL ( IGBC).
Associate Director Mr.Prasad Rao possesses over 34 years of extensive project management experience. He has worked with multinational business houses and also for the Government Sector majorly in Infrastructure projects such as HINDUSTAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY(HCC),AIR TEL & abroad ( for A French road construction company in Nigeria
He has handled projects encompassing the Structural Design of Industrial, Institutional, residential and large buildings .
He is a Graduate in Civil Engineering with Honours from BIRLA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY & SCIENCE(BITS) Pilani in 1976 .
Mr. Prasad Rao has handled various project management assignments for several types of works including industrial, institutional and Highway works in India.
Director & Chief Design Engineer Mr. Moorthy brings with him a considerable experience profile spanning 36 years, garnered through stints at Consultancies like, Hash Consultancy Services, Jamshedpur and at leading bellwether Indian Companies like Tata Iron & Steel Company ( TISCO) Jamshedpur. He has considerable experience in structural designs in the Public, Industrial and Defence Sectors.
He has majored in Civil Engineering and is an ASSOCIATE MEMBER OF THE INSTITUTION OF ENGINEERS ( AMIE) .
