Engineering Manager
Location: Bangalore – 1 PositionThis is a Role where the person will own and deliver several key pieces of Tuebora Solution.
Requirements
- Candidate must have around 8-12 years of Experience.
- Must have designed and delivered Enterprise Grade Product Solutions based on Java & Open Source Technologies.
- Must have seen evolution of Product Architecture through multiple Product Releases over 3-5 year time-frame.
- Must have hands on experience with following technologies - Apache, Tomcat/Jboss/Websphere/Weblogic, Java, PHP, MySQL, Web 2.0.
- Must have very strong technical communication (oral and written) skills.
- Knowledge and experience in design and implementation of Tablet & Mobile Applications (iOS and Android) is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of Identity Access Management Domain is a significant differentiator.
Responsibilities
- Prototype ideas and build demo-ware.
- Own design and delivery of several key modules of Tuebora Solution.
- Deliver high-quality Software.
- Drive and participate in peer-to-peer design/code reviews.
- Mentor Junior Team Members.
