S.S. Infrastructure Development Consultants Limited (“the Company”) has entered into an agreement with Bharat Electronics Limited (“BEL”) to provide Comprehensive Consultancy Services including Preparation of Master Plan for Advanced Night Vision Products Factory (“ANVPF”) at Nimmaluru, Near Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh on May 10, 2018. The Estimated Project Cost is Rs. 200 Crores.

Initial Public Offer of 42,78,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at price band of Rs. 37/- to Rs.40/- opens of March 28, 2018 and closes on April 5, 2018. For more details click on Red Herring Prospectus.

The Company got selected in All India Architectural Competition of Bharat Electronics Limited for comprehensive consultancy services including master plan for Advanced Night Vision Products Factory ("ANVPF") at Nimmaluru, Near Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The Project value is Rs. 200 Crores.

The Company was awarded SKOCH Order of Merit at the 51st SKOCH Summit held on March 10, 2018 at New Delhi for qualifying amongst top 100 SMEs in the Country by SKOCH Group.
